Littleton Public School’s Child Find Team offers free screening for children birth to 5 years of age who are at risk for delays in development. The team consists of an occupational therapist, speech/language pathologist, and a school psychologist. The screening provides general information about a child’s current speech/language, motor, social, and pre-academic skills. You may call 303.347.6980 for an appointment.

Registration for the 2010-2011 school year will take place Monday and Tuesday, February 1st and 2nd from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. both days and in the evening on Monday from 6 to 7 p.m. To register your child for kindergarten, please bring the following: 

  • Proof of residency (a copy of your lease or deed)
  • Your child’s immunization records from the doctor
  • Your child’s birth certificate
  • If you are enrolling your child for K-Plus or KED,  there is a non-refundable fee of $85 due at registration

Kindergarten Plus

PM Enrichment for Half Day Kindergarten Students


As an enrichment program,  K-Plus offers a variety of choices for your ½ day kindergartener. Each classroom is licensed through our School Age Child Care program, by the state of Colorado.   You may choose 2-5 days of extended care per week.

Tuition begins at $285 per month for 5 days a week.

Kindergarten Extended Day 

The KED class is a full-day class, Monday through Friday.  Attendance is 5 days per week.  This class must have a minimum of 25 students registered to support the program.   The KED classroom is licensed through our School Age Child Care program, by the state of Colorado.

Tuition for the KED program is $355 per month.

Kindergarten/K-Plus/KED School Hours:
  • First Day of School:
    • AM Kindergarten: 9:06 (first bell at 9:01) – 11:50
    • NO K-PLUS the first Day of School - Dismissal is at 12:03
    • KED begins at 9:06 until 12:03
  • Regular School Hours:
    • AM Kindergarten: 9:06 (first bell at 9:01) – 11:50
    • K-Plus begins at 11:50 until 3:43 
    • KED begins 9:06 until 3:43
  • PLC Late Start Days: Dates: 9/1, 9/29, 10/20, 11/10, 12/8, 1/12, 2/2, 2/16, 4/6, and 5/4 
    • AM Kindergarten: 11:06 (first bell at 11:01) – 1:02
    • K-Plus begins at 11:50 until 3:43
    • KED begins at 11:06 until 3:43

 

 

 

 

  • Early Dismissal Day Hours: Dates: 9/17, 11/5, 2/11, 4/22
    • AM Kindergarten: 9:06 (first bell at 9:01) – 11:50
    • K-Plus begins at 11:50 until 1:03
    • KED begins at 9:06 until 1:03
  • Last Day of School:
    • AM Kindergarten: 9:06 (first bell at 9:01) – 11:50
    • K-Plus begins at 11:50 until 2:03
    • KED begins at 9:06 until 2:03

    There is a non refundable registration fee of $85.00 due at the time of registration, if you choose to have your child attend K-Plus or KED.  We bill at the beginning of each month, for that month in advance.  Charges for the year are prorated for the nine months that we are in session, therefore the monthly charges are the same regardless of the number of actual school days in that month.  We are now set up to do automatic billing with your Visa or Mastercard, contact our office if you would like more information.
